I've ordered from stockx and a bunch of sketchy places but always heard goat was the best. No. Just received Winterized 6 rings with visible creases and wear on the bottoms. They don't offer a refund, just kick the loss to someone else while taking a loss shipping etc. They just approved these as new and apparently the authentication processor must need corrective lenses. I won't kick the loss to someone else because that comes back and it goes against what I believe. Never ordering again.
There's good and bad but compared to other resell sites, GOAT would be smarter to go with. The main thing I like about them is that I trust the authenticity of the sneakers when I buy. I've purchased a few and always do multiple authenticity checks from different platforms and they always pass. Customer Service can be hit or miss but for most part, I feel like they'll step up when needed to. I would give them 4 stars but the app crashes or malfunctions too much.
Goat has gone way downhill. The app is just still clunky like it's always been. I hate the interface of it when it comes to adding things to your "want list" it just doesn't work at all for me most of the time. When you have an offer and people change the asking price it doesn't notify me. There's just so many small problems with the app that make it kinda suck. I wish it was more like stock x. Stock X has always had the best interface and notifications it just sucks they pass fakes.
