OTP SmartBank

To use SmartBank, you need to register in the application, which requires your internetbank identifier and a 6-8 digit PIN code. The PIN code can be substituted by a fingerprint if the device is capable. To finish the registration, providing an SMS code is necessary.

Used yesterday, stopped working today. Wanted me to create a new kind of login, use a newer app. Very annoying when you just want to use it and have to spend half an hour in the night on nearly re-register, give new pin codes of 6 characters - to save it in secure places to remember, biometric identification, etc, shame on you OTP. I hate you. hate hate hate

I have quite a few problems with the design. To begin with, the app is called SmartBank, so I can never find it, as I'm looking for OTP SmartBank. It's a small issue, but it's one I run into every single time. Then, logging in was always a pain. And approving online payments even more so. It was so much of a hassle I kinda gave up using it.

Please explain what is happening? I can not even sign in because the app displays an error that my network is not appropriate. What do you mean by that? I and several others have this error for days and there is not even a single message that you are trying to fix this or that we should use an other app or anything. I work in development too, you attitude is the "not appropriate" not our network :D. Seriously. Fix this issue or communicate.
