| 2024-11-23 |  | | Speaking from an employee perspective I'd have originally rated this at around 4-4.5 stars. The app is just broken now with this update that recently put out. It doesn't let me log in, and once I go through 2 step authentication steps it sends me back to the start but doesn't actually log me in. And attempting to log in afterwards just repeats the process taking me out to a web browser to go through 2 step authentication. Quick clock is unusable because the app is "offline" regardless of setting |
| 2024-11-22 |  | | I have had nothing but issues with this app lately. I went to Tech Cafe, called IT, and called HR. I'm not able to click on ANY tabs. I can only clock in and out now. All the departments I reached out to have already uninstalled it and reinstalled it like 10 times. We've changed the password and created a longer pin on my phone. We also checked for new updates and nothing! What is going on? I've been using it for 3 years and have had no issues like this before. Very frustrating |
| 2024-11-22 |  | | It is a good app, but unfortunately after the last few updates, the quick Clock in has not been functioning and now it keeps kicking us out. When we try to log in to clockin, it takes at least 3 or 4 attempts. It would be really nice if they fixed these issues! This has happened on both Android and iPhone. |

Every time I try to log in, I get redirected to the website's log in page (through the app's built in browser, not externally), then after entering my credentials it kicks me back to the log in page. This repeats endlessly, and the support page on their website has nothing. |
| 2024-11-21 |  | | Came by the reviews to see if anyone was having the same issue..... but it looks like we're all having the same problem. The app logged me out and now it's not letting me back in. It's giving me an option to choose how to sign in with my username and password OR with my fingerprint, but nothing happens when I press either option. The page just stays the same. Uninstalled and reinstalled, didn't help. Made sure I have the most up to date version so no additional updates needed. Just nothing, smh. |

IF by chance you get this pos app to work, that's your "one and done" don't expect miracles to happen twice. COMPANIES DO NOT USE THIS APP!!! WOST APP EVER!!! |
| 2024-11-21 |  | | With regard of the ADP Mobile Solutions app, after sign-in attempt, it prompts by the web-UI and after a second sign-in attempt, the web-UI prompts you back by the app but it doesn't. The interaction with both ADP Mobile Solutions app and web-UI seems, for the lack of better terms, doesn't complete the sign-in process/hangs. Today I'll update the app. If there is a fix to this bug then I'll change the negative claim. |

Started using it roughly 6mo ago, roughly 3ish months ago it started not working, likely some update, looked online for a solution apparently tons of users having the same problem, app and website now login loop, enter your login then confirm then loop back to login screen. Reinstalling app or deleting app data works once then back to login loop. Tried multiple devices and multiple suggestions and with so many dealing with it too, not a issue on our end. Android |
| 2024-11-20 |  | | This app has had multiple issues with clocking in and out since the last update -having multiple clock outs in a row instead of clocking out and back in, then when you go to clock out, it says you are clocking in. (Other coworkers are having the same issues) This is super frustrating. Also, PLEASE, PLEASE, PLEASE CHANGE TO THE OLD SIGN IN PAGE!!! It was much better. Update: only takes me to sign in page no matter what I do. 0 stars😡 |
| 2024-11-20 |  | | Unable to print a pay stub. Cannot screen shot list of last 10 pays. Only thing you can do is view paystub. Not a good app. Updates keep coming and make you have to reinstall app, thus dropping the biometrics. Have to go through the process of remembering or forgetting your password and making a new one. Missing punches at work. Much hassle! |
