Don't rely on this app if you need to get some job done using your phone. It will just make you and your employees frustrated. How can they be competitive in 2025 with such an app?! | |

Can only see hi level(name, open,clicked, unsubscribe) few details as you can see on the desktop app. And Chrome browser experience Android not ideal. For more, end up needing to log in your account on Desktop. App ux is clean but very basic for quick hi level view of you campaigns or contacts. | |

I don't know how it would fare for Campaign creation, but honestly, that's not something I would want to do on mobile anyway. In my opinion, a solid companion app. | |

Filled in all the account details and go to create account and the create button doesn't do anything sometimes. You have to close the app and fill in the details again. This also occurs when attempting to update account details and contacts, the save button only sometimes works. Was very embarrassing for both myself and ActivecamPAIN. | |

When updating an account the save button doesn't do anything sometimes or when it does, the data input in some fields doesn't save, the three dots on an account just shows a white box. The User interface is a mess, looks like this app was thrown together in a weekend by someone from Upwork with no design skills. Look at Zoho CRM app or any other App and ask yourself as the dev, are you proud of what you delivered with this app? | |

A while back I got a little ahead of myself and signed up for something I wasnt quite ready for. I reached out to them after months of not following through with my side of things, and told them My situation. They were very professional and curtious and really came through for me when I really needed it. So keep in mind that thats the type of business you'll be dealing with. |
