Horrible experience. Very basic app with a limited user experience. Full of issues i.e. it doesn't even find an already registered client in simple research! Don't rely on this app if you need to get some job done using your phone. It will just make you and your employees frustrated. How can they be competitive in 2025 with such an app?!

Can't login. The 2FA message says I should receive an SMS but that doesn't happen. I could change and verify another phone number in the web app, though, with no issues. At this moment the app is useless for since the 2FA doesn't work.

Can't even login!! Instead of requiring just a Username/Email and Password like EVER other platform in the world. It also insists that you add your 'Account' but with no explanation as to what that is or where you would find it. Do you guys do any consumer testing or do you just sit in your techy bubble thinking of ways to overcomplicate the most straightforward steps?
