Just starting but overall the progression and tracking seem solid, good simple UI and workout clips. The lack of timers and progression in the stretching segment of the workout is the only thing that seems lacking, would be great to know how much of my cooldown I'd completed as well as timing the stretches.

A great app for tracking workout history and tackling progressions. The issue is, the history is messed up, there are instances where the workout was not recorded in the history. Literally right after I finished my workout and I checked the history, its not recorded. Another one is the latest recorded history was deleted and replaced with the new history, leaving no trace of the one just before the newly recorded.

Easy to follow, clear progressions, no frills, effective. When you tap on the image it shows a video, detailed explanations, and links to more videos if needed. I've tried a few calisthenics apps and I find this one the most straightforward.

Good....I started training the planche about two weeks ago and know I am genuinely stronger than ever...i can now hold a tuck hold (at 80kg or 160lbs) easily but i wish there was a button which to me back to a previous workout after I accidentally press the next workout but other than that it's a solid Calisthenics app

I have recently installed it and the way it teaches to do exercises is amazing but there is this bug or something that's giving me problems...The progress percentage is not moving ahead, it got stucked on 8% even when I am performing exercises everyday by using this app.. please fix this problem and I will increase my rate eventually. Thanks

Great for beginners to calisthenics! The videos showing each exercise are extremely helpful and the progressions leading up to each move are very well thought out.

i like this app a lot since i want to learn the Planche and I like how it increases the difficulty with each level, the only thing I would change would be to be able to go back to a previous exercise in the workout for example with the Planche leans sometimes i click done instead of start timer, which then means I have to quit the whole session, start it then skip all the way to the exercise that I'm at

Sub'd 3 wks ago. Worth it! Saves me ⏰ & headspace—saves all my history! Workout, Sets, Reps, session time, etc. I don't have to🖋️anything down! The Pro"Coach" is 💯 worth it!▶️There are some minor glitches, currently, the letters on the 'Plan' calendar (W-T-F-S) says it's Sunday...it's not.◀️ That said, this app has been incredibly helpful and, fun (❤️the progress pie, feels like a videogame ⭐). Love the videos!—🤓💡Circuit training option please (🫀🫁💪🏻). (Also, needs Dragon Squat skill).

Great feature to have the free workouts and they are actually worth doing! Gives you a great feel for the app before you start paying! My only "issue" is that some workouts say 10s / 30s but have no timer, i see some workouts do have timer counters, hope you can add timers to all workouts! Thanks for a great app
