The app is glitchy but also text message carrier is the worse and continuously blocks your account when people opt out not taking into consideration that a small business will have a lower threshold due to not having thousands of leads coming in daily. Company should ask cell phone carrier to adjust the cuttoff percentage based on approx leads per month instead of a standard number that makes no sense for a small business.

It was working amazing for me but now it is testing my patience to open every lead I have to restart the app like shut it and reopen.

I loved this app initially, but after updates, it no longer gives me notifications when a client has texted or emailed so I find them days later. I've double checked that I have notifications set up on my desktop and mobile app and still, no notifications.
