No map search. Not very useful if one can't see businesses displayed on the map. It gives off more of an Amazon wannabe app. As an example of this: say, I search for mechanic near my location I expect to see those businesses on the map as pins (similar to Google maps). Instead I see a list without any easy way of knowing how far they are.
I love the concept.. but the reason I don't shop small business online is because of shipping costs... here I added 3 items (all by different stores) and at checkout I am given a separate shipping fee for each product ordered (ranging from $3 - $8 each).. I personally can't afford to do this if I am going to replace the Amazon app with my Public Square app. I highly recommend that they come up with a year membership fee that would garuntee you free shipping on orders over a certain $ amount.
This app is the perfect place to find essentials and unique products from freedom loving businesses. My only complaint: when scrolling businesses or products, if i tap on either to get a closer look/better description, the app resets my scrolling position to the beginning so i have to scroll through a ton of products to get back where I was. Otherwise, love this app!
