Great app to play the Lone Wolf books with added automation. It keeps track of stats, inventory, provides random numbers when needed, deals with Meals intelligently, provides a map showing your path. What breaks my heart is the very "modern" micro transactions. By default, you can't "cheat" aside from a few rerolls on checks. You can purchase more rerolls, bookmarks, but 1 by 1, with increasing costs. I'd really appreciate a one time purchase that lets me play as I please.
I have always loved the books, but unlike reading the books and be able to backtrack. With this game you die at the end of the book and have to restart the whole thing. Gets frustrating
Great app! It brings back fond memories of my childhood! For the dev, I just have two hints: in The Legacy of Vashna, when I was in a boat with the acolytes and I punched one of them, the game returned almost to the beginning and suddenly I found myself falling from a tavern (to avoid the loop again, later I choose another path); Grand weapon mastery should allow me to use a two handed weapon with one hand in Sun Knight level, but I can't equip a weapon in second hand if use a two handed weapon.
