2024-09-20 | Josh Lewis | TRULY HORRIFIC APP We recently switched from RingCentral for DialPad Ai (which is fantastic). Unfortunately, this piece of garbage is completely unusable. Your calls will go silent any time your phone screen goes on timeout. When you finish a call, the phone number from the previous call remains in the dialer and you have to delete it before making another call....the list of issues is long, especially for an app that is NOT new and used primarily by businesses. | |
2024-08-26 | Ben Hartley | App is incredibly buggy. Most recent update has broken calls being able to use the microphone unless the Dialpad app is open and screen is on. The moment you turn the screen off or move to a different app on your phone the person on the other end of the call can no longer hear you. | |
2024-08-17 | Arshaq Meraj | Garbage app. Since the April update calls randomly drop, intercompany calls don't go through, can't transfer calls from my cellphone and I have to use the app. Get it together or we'll move all 100+ users to ring central. Edit: since the new update, the microphone randomly stops operating. This app is terrible. | |
2024-07-22 | Blake Hobba | The phone and desktop apps are both full of bugs, the apps barely function. They doubled their prices, but still can't offer a working product. The android app, as many here have been complaining about for months, just ring an incoming call alert endlessly, without prompting you with an option to answer the call. So not only does your call not come through, the only way to stop the device from ringing is to shut down and restart your phone. The web login is the only one that actually works. | |

After I receive my first call of the day, my phone screen will not timeout and shut off after that until I restart my phone. If I'm using my phone for anything else audio related though a Bluetooth connection, the audio will not play any longer until Bluetooth is disconnected and reconnected. | |
2024-06-19 | Lukas Birmingham | App works fine, but I've recently noticed a glitch where it breaks my auto lock on my phone after getting a call. Only way to fix was to restart my phone. I have 2 different phones with Dialpad installed. I uninstalled it on one and kept it on the other and after getting a call, it glitches out the phone that had it installed. Won't be using until this is fixed as it's very frustrating and drains battery. | |
2023-08-08 | Dustin Main | Great when it works, but trust the 1 star reviews... their support team is awful. We've had several issues with their support team, including a major one that had our calls with clients get disconnected. For weeks, they told us that it was our network despite what we told them, and all along it was an update of their app! Dozens of hours wasted, and 80+ emails. In a separate instance, changing our billing from monthly to yearly has so far been 11 days and 8 e-mails. Frustrating. | |

Going to a department from my phone when I can easily do it from my computer desktop app. Please add this feature ASAP. It is crucial for business. Update: 05/08/23 A year later. This app is riddled with bugs and issues. Too many for me to name on here. I'll be moving my business away from this company. Terrible terrible phone service. Calls don't go thru, call logs are impossible to decipher, call logs across devices show different logs, call transcripts are worthless, settings are all over the place, worst of all the user interface is terrible, difficult to use in any sensible way. Answer a phone call and the phone keeps ringing while you take the call. Default settings will end a call upon a new call coming in. Undeveloped prototype it seems. Lots and lots of problems. | |
2022-12-20 | Dave Christian | First the issue - No Bluetooth headset connectivity anymore. This is a VERY BIG issue. I'm not able to be mobile while using the MOBILE app due to noise and having to basically have every call on speaker. Now the great thing - EVERYTHING ELSE. Syncs with the desktop app real time for calls and texting (which uses my same Bluetooth headsets seamlessly). Ability to switch devices, add contacts & edit contacts. Very good communication piece. |
