This app is a great note-taking app. I use it often for that purpose. It has some great basic features like exporting text. It has very uninvasive ads that don't interfere with functionality. I gave it 4 stars out of 5 because the speech recognition isn't great. It often misses words and doesn't pick up on words that I manually correct repeatedly. It also doesn't have an autocorrect feature (as far as i can tell). I have only used this app in English, so I can't review the language functions.

Update: Tried this on a longer paragraph. Not very accurate. Repeatedly repeated short phrases. Not sure it was worth the time to fix. Will read FAQs further. . Works well so far. Very helpful steps to troubleshoot all settings got me up and going. Cannot disassociate this from Google, but ok. Will see if I need to pay and turn off the ads.

Not sure if my Speech notes app is properly installed. It does make a lot of mistakes, but it could be partly my pronunciation. Today, i dictated some paragraphs, and it lost most of them. When i went back to the app, several paragraphs i had inputted via speech and via the keypad were no longer there. I kept looking for the most recent version of the file within Speech notes, but finally gave up. I then saw that the menu has a "Save" option, but i had been thinking it has automatic Save.
