This is madness. It's as if a different person from each government departments designed a section of the app without discussing compatibility with the other departments. So when you go to link a service it says sorry your sign in method to my gov doesn't work for this department you need to create a different way of signing in. I've never come across anything more retarded in my life.

Unstable. Get an error " identity service is unavailable error... identity.gov.au is unavailable please try again later". The usability is terrible so when there is an error there is no way to easily report it. Instead you get reminded of the privacy obligations and a rant about how good the app is. Incorrect levels of authentication (you can't use biometrics across all apps for consistent user experience) between integrated apps means moving between apps once authtictaed it not easy.

This is an overly complicated application that rarely works at all. I haven't been able to log in for months even though the myid app is successfully connected

Trying to log in, had to download another app to authenticate and mygov has locked me out due to too many login attempts. Over the years of trying to use this app, they continually make it more difficult.

Like the app makes things easy. But I would really love it if we were able to have an option to have more then one way to get notifications. I would love the app notifications, email and sms so I don't miss anything. We had to pay a fine because we missed notifications this would be much appreciated. Especially now that paper delivery notifications is not available now.

Blacklisting GrapheneOS, a fully open-source, hardened version of Android and prompting me that the device is compromised is absolutely wild. It's bad enough forcing users in to Google's T's&C's to use this app (MUST be downloaded from Play Store) which will result in a 3rd party fingerprinting a device (at the absolute least) but to not even work due to a blacklist? US Antitrust case is going to crack the Playstore open regardless so you'll have to fix this anyway. Please guys, do better.

She'll be right mate we will fix this next week,(maybe ! Never mind the people lining up at Centrelink who would rather be looking forward to that job interview and the centlink staff working hard to get through all clients, maybe it's not the app builder's fault who knows🤔.
