Tried installing, resetting cache, uninstalling, restarting phone, deregistering phone from Medicare & re-registering, changing PIN on Medicare... Just never worked in spite of anything. Its a shame as I was happy to be able to use the digital Medicare card whenever needed without having to carry around one |

Currently (Nov '24), it's only option for setup on a device requires it to log in to the users myGov account with username and password. Unfortunately if a myGov account was setup to use a myID login it is not possible to add a password to that account - meaning the Medicare app is unable to ever connect and is useless. |
