There isn't a problem with password or SMS. This app makes people in need want to end it all. And the only solution we are provided is to phone service officer who don't do IT stuff. They just follow the manual that they have no say in. The whole centrelink system is a hazard. At least let us phone people who mention the app. |

| 2024-11-07 |  | | Unable to log into the app. I get code via SMS, but after reading the code, I can't get back into entering the code as the login process disappears. There are two alternative methods to log in, but they are so tedious I dare not try it. Over past two years of use, I can't recommend this app to anyone as it's the least user-friendly app. Only slightly better than corona virus related apps. |
