This is everything I've wanted in a fitness/coaching app. I'm super grateful he made this and took the time to demonstrate every exercise.
I'm enjoying the workouts and love that each day is dedicated to a specific muscle group. For the first few I tried I could record the weight right when I was doing the reps. I haven't been able to do that in the last few weeks of the Maximus program and have to type it all in the notes after. It makes it harder to progress week to week when I can't remember what I did last week.
