2022-05-07 | 2423 HR | The chrome desktop extension is impressive, but I was a bit disappointed at first with Sortd's capabilities on mobile devices. I almost gave up on them all together because I couldn't do the most important things from my phone. However, I reached out about my issue with the Gmail mobile addon and they fixed it! I also realized after a few days of using the app "together with the Gmail mobile addon," that it does have many of the capabilities that I thought weren't there. Might revise to 5 stars.
2021-01-19 | András Bodnár | Does not integrate into gmail app like the desktop version, useless! Seems like it has not been developed for years to be a useful app. I can't even see why do they keep this in the play store to be downloadable? I like the desktop version though.
2020-09-21 | Georgia Doukοuri | I use the desktop addon and it works for organizing my Gmail. But the Android app is if no use with the current set up. Gmail and sortd are not intergraded so basically the app does not deliver what sortd supposed to do. But I have to believe that it is still new and it will find a solution because the desktop use is helpful.
2020-09-16 | Dave Breslin | Desktop app is OK. The mobile app is terrible. The 1 stars is for missing features and lack of support. Both apps need to integrate fully with gmail AND gcal. Good idea but half baked application. Update. The app started working as advertised. It still needs some features. I would like tighter integration of reminders in gcal and mobile app should have connector on Gmail to create a todo easier. Upgrade to 3 stars.
2020-08-29 | Kathryn Thomas | I love this. It helps me keep on top of my work emails. I do kinda want a widget for androids and more customization within the use app on the phone.
2020-08-28 | Michael Erwin | Some poor UI choices, like the worst date picker I've ever used, take away from a great concept. I use the desktop client all the time. The mobile app is really only good for checking off items.
2020-08-18 | Alan Burke | Really trying to like this program. On the trial. Made a master Kanban board. We want to copy it to make new boards. We will need to be able to do this so as to make the board process work. can it be done? Simple question, cant get an answer. 3 days in on a support ticket with radio silence...
2020-04-17 | A Google user | Personally, if I was a software company, I wouldn't put my app on the store until it worked for most people. It seems this app doesn't work for most people. It's been in this condition for over a year.
2020-04-14 | A Google user | I couldn't get it to run on my Android mobile. Got stuck in a loop trying to sign into Google. Very disappointing as I am using on Chrome in Windows. I emailed several days ago for help and got nothing back.
2020-04-13 | A Google user | Update 4/12/20 - thought I might try it again, now stuck in an endless permission loop. Desktop is so cool, wish they'd get it together for mobile. Mobile app is useless and not intuitive at all. Back button logs you out. Desktop is just ok full of bugs itself, but app is not ready for prime time. Considering reviews have said the same things since 2017 obviously the app is an afterthought. Flow-e here I come. |
