The charges are a rip off. My shopping was $283.93, the service fee was $56.77 total paid $340 .70, that is before delivery. The more shopping in your cart, the more service charges you pay. The App has became the most expensive. App was a good idea for diasporians,as an online shopping. But this is a huge rip off stop using it.Send money to your loved ones is a better option. With $70-$80 charged for using this App, send direct. They never listen they to peoples requests.SEE THEIR RESPONCE.

The partnership with Choppies is a disaster! Goods are overly expensive including the exorbitant service fee. The delivery option has been discontinued which is such a huge inconvenience! Looking for plan B now. I ordered bulk groceries and discovered upon payment that they cannot deliver. The stuff is for someone who doesn't have the capacity to go and collect. Now I have to pay extra for the collection 😡This is after payment of a huge service fee! It's not worth it anymore 🙌🏾 bye

Very convenient app but please, allow users to have the chance to select different methods of payment. At times you might have money in the Paisa bank account but you don't want to use it to make the purchase, you want to pay cash in any of the shops....however the app doesn't give you a choice it just automatically debits from the bank account. Please fix that. Please Please Please
