| 2024-09-02 |  | | What kind of app is this? Login details are not the same as Wesbank Online, okay fine. All of the three login options make me try sign in as if I have login details, only to say incorrect and warn me of being blocked (I have login details, I don't have login details, I want to be a customer). |

| 2023-12-26 |  | | App is horrible, I cannot login. Error messages is system unavailable. Phoned the called I was told to uninstall and try again. Two weeks later it still does not work. It does even prompt for my password, but rather a nickname that has a Random name and yet again system unavailable. What a painful experience, I can't believe an app can this bad for a user experience. |
| 2023-07-16 |  | | I've just downloaded the app and it tells me about the new version, but it doesn't give or show option to update to the latest version. For that reason I can't have access to use it. This is one of the most disappointing apps. One star is too much. Useless. |

| 2023-01-14 |  | | Useless app. Don't waste your time. Wesbank don't get the basics right but the app wants to "manage phone calls" each time i open it. I made an extra payment towards my vehicle finance and it doesn't reflect on my statement. I could not resovle the issue at all on the app no matter what i tried. I call into the call centre and the voice says "take control of your finances with the Wesbank app" What a rigmarole Wesbank gave me! I settled my account and closed it, uninstalled the app. |
| 2022-11-30 |  | | I litterally JUST created my login details for the app. When i enter my username, it says it is invalid... Yet it picks up that the username exist... I havent even gotten to entering a password! F-ing useless app! If one struggles to use it the first time, then why bother. Bye Wesbank. Transfering my account to Nedbank tomorrow morning |
