Unless you constantly monitor the app and delink Samsung Health after every workout you are arbitrarily penalized only to receive a reply from costumer support to uninstall and reinstall the app. This is really demoralizing considering you have to pay for Vitality and the price of Medical aid increasing yet this app has never worked from day one. | |

It is organised and laid out so badly, I cringe every time I need to do anything on it. Nothing is intuitive and everything takes way too many steps. Instead if easily finding how many times I've been to gym, I need to navigate around all the attempts at selling me all the discovery products. Come on, Discovery, surely you've got money to hire a competent app development team. Your app sucks! | |

2024-11-06 | Braam van Tonder | Biometrics doesn't work and it doesn't store login details, so good luck if you don't use it on a daily basis. BTW, it also doesn't allow you to scan QR codes and the built in document scanner is trash, so take a photo first before starting the LONG and DIFFICULT process of submitting a claim (aka asking Discovery to do their job). How the heck am I supposed to let you know? Your terrible app won't allow me to contact you! And now I can't submit a claim at all! | |

A big company like Discovery should be able to do much better. Original: App constantly crashes, freezes and doesn't load content. When it does work it's slow.
