2024-11-30 | Hangem high | I've only used this insurance for several months. So far it's OK. I've had medical issues so have not been driving much. I'm feeling a bit better and will have my life back soon. Engaging with the app gives me something to do waiting for the doctor. Other than that not to many people are excited about insurance. One more expense in this material world. | |

Constantly getting dinged for it. I work in emergency services so I have to drive over the speed limit often, weird hours, and against road rules at times. Shouldn't be this hard. | |

Who has the time or desire to engage with an insurance app. Won't be keeping much longer. It was ok at 1st, but after awhile it stopped giving me the discounts it gave the month prior. I'm 44, don't speed, havnt been in accident in decades, drive mostly to the same spots with a few variations, pretty decent credit score ( over 700 ) and they still charge close to 2000 a year for me. | |

My only concern is that policy documents are not viewable from the app. I printed my card out and put it in the glove box in case needed, and then when I need to view the documents outside my car I go to the website, but would be nice if I could open them from within the app. If this is fixed I'll up to 5 stars. | |

The app shows that it's active every time I get in the car, but when I try to confirm rides, it says that I haven't had any rides for the last 30 days and my payment is not reflective of my driving. I thought that the app was learning my driving schedule and patterns and automatically reported them without me having to confirm them. But this doesn't seem to be the case. I hope that I am able to resolve the issue soon. |
