| 2024-07-03 |  | | I installed this app so I could import gpx files from my Android device. Unfortunately dynamicWatch doesn't show up as an app to share to. The app shows up as an option to "open with" but that doesn't seem to import the GPX file. At the moment, I have no way to import routes in Android. Nice to see my routes for offline access, though. |

I've waited while before posting a review & also tried many apps for hiking & this easily blows other apps away & is my main app now & well worth the lifetime purchase to support the developers. It can take bit of time to learn & get used to the main website but once you do plotting route is easy, see multiple maps styles & best all sync to all your Garmin devices. A+ to the developers |

There is a choice of various map formats ie open street map, British Ordnance Survey 1:25000. There is a learning curve but you will be rewarded with the ability to plan routes on the fly,open with Garmin Connect and sync with your compatible devices. |

I've just been for a walk in the Sierra Nevada in Andalucia, and planned a route with Garmin, Strava, Outdoor Active, and a local guide leaflet. DW was the only one that competently and unerringly gave me a complete route that actually existed on the ground. It reminded me how much I appreciate the app. Back home in the UK it finds great routes that aren't even marked on the OS 1:25k. Review based on 5yrs with Vivoactive 3 and now Fenix 6x |

Just one button and nothing else added to the free version probably could have enticed me to pay for premium. |
| 2022-01-28 |  | | I've used dwMap free for about 7 years now.. and it's been BY FAR the best way of plotting my routes of any app I've used. I pay for Strava and use Garmin Connect, and they are AWFUL at making routes.. dwMaps maps is so seamless in comparison. Its long overdue time I gave back and got the paid version!! The £22 lifetime fee is a bargain for the ability to export/share .gpx and see elevation. *P.S you pay for the web interface functionality.. the app is useless.. which I am cool with!* Thanks :) |

This app then allows you to set the active route/ride/run for your garmin watch, rename it and i think it is really worth paying the annual $10. When I create a new route or find and save one in Strava - DWMaps loads it. So useful..Never get lost! |
