I've been a customer for years. The app is okay. Items are often out of stock. However, I returned a few items recently and wasn't refunded the correct amount. I pointed it out and the cashier wasn't understanding and stating I was refunded the correct amount. It was a $40 difference. I attempted to contact Vitamin Shoppe and no response. Not impressed with them due to this incident.

I prefer buying here in this store, I think the products here are better and there are many options to pick from, and less chemical consumption. The app sometimes crash as any other, but it could improve; in my case: when looking for an item I would like to be able to choose what's in stock in my store. That's all, I like the rewards points too. I buy here often, in person more than online. Thanks.

I don't know what took me sooo long to transition to using the App. As a long-time Vitamin Shoppe customer, I usually shopped at the stores only, I transitioned to using the WEB site to order, which was very, very frustrating. The app is fabulous. i can manage my subscriptions easily, adjust when needed and look at my past orders quickly. Great App. UPDATE: Still Great online shopping.
