The ads are pretty annoying too; they are too frequent and you have to let them play all the way thru before you can close the ad. They should play for at most 5 seconds and then have an appear to close the ad |
| 2024-11-29 |  | | I have been using this app for a good while to download images I am interested in and up until now it has been working great, but in the last few days, video ads can no longer be skipped and they take what seems like forever (30+ seconds) to complete making the app practically worthless. Having to wait minutes just to download a few pictures from a site is completely untenable and I am not seeing an option to purchase a no ad version, so if this does not get corrected soon, I will have remove |

Yeah ikr..They're a few ads now and then but they're short and rare besides the app is free so the ads shouldn't be a problem..love love love. |

Not even noticing crashing or lagging when I have 11 pages with MP4 open on them! Way to go. If I need to buy the pro I'm going to you guys I just can't afford it right now maybe next year |

This worded smooth as butter on 1st try. No hassle or trouble at all. Shut me right up! I'm impressed. This was a win! |
| 2024-11-01 |  | | Used to be good in earlier versions. Simple download procedure. Copy the video link, open the app, and it inserted the link and offered to choose a video resolution or sound only. Now? Completely screwed up the UI. Gone is the simplicity. One window after another pops up. No choice of resolution is possible anymore. I guess I have to look for a more user-friendly app. |

I know that this apps developers send a laundry list of data to Google, much like every app. But this one had 937 attempts in under 20 seconds on the app. Thought the day on Twitter, there were 2561 attempts. These include CPU data, Biometrics, location, and on and on and on. |

I would be a good candidate for lifetime registration. Another nice option would be to have the ability to save a downloaded video to external (SD) memory as a file (MP4, MKV) for external viewing without the Video Downloader app. |

A 30 sec ad that you have to watch after literally any button is pressed is way over the top. The app works really well and has downloaded all the videos from the links I have fired at it so far. But I'll be uninstalling this and moving to a far less intrusive app |
