| 2024-11-06 |  | | I'm in my car quite a bit. For some reason about 6 months ago, Android Auto hid and removed Zoom. Now I cannot figure out how to add zoom to the apps possible to use with Android Auto. I have removed and reinstalled. Deleted the cache. I'm not on a corporate account anymore. There is no longer an encrypted workspace folder on my phone. Zoom is difficult without Android Auto. |

If you need to view a different window during the call, it removes audio from bluetooth, mutes the speaker version, and causes you to listen via earpiece only. There's no way to change audio output source. I didn't think it was possible, but the app has gotten worse. It places a limiter on all audio output even after the so is closed. It force closes if you viewing tray notifications for thirty seconds. P picture in picture mode is unfriendly and it ends... |

When we call in from the phone, I hear the audio much better. On the phone the chat disappears when breakouts happen each time. The phone has limitations for copying and getting info from chat. More functions and abilities are available using zoom from a laptop or a computer. |
| 2024-10-19 |  | | For the past few months, I've had trouble with Zoom meetings apparently being left open after ending the call, and only a full reboot of the phone ends the process. The open meeting is shown in notifications until the process ends, and even after killing the process, it reduces the volume of the phone speaker on other apps until rebooting. This is very concerning as I wonder what the phone is recording and transmitting after the call ends. This must be fixed. I'm a 4+ year paying subscriber. |
| 2024-10-18 |  | | Very difficult to log into a meeting. I get stuck in a loop of clicking the link, being told to log in, and then ending up at the zoom homepage with no way of joining the meeting. Also impossible to leave a meeting! Right now I have a "meeting in progress" notification for a meeting that has ended. There's a black rectangle blocking part of my screen at all times. In the app it says "connecting" and there's no "leave meeting" button. I can't listen to audio on my phone. So, I have to uninstall. |

This is kind of odd because why would you want to look at the back of your phone when everyone in the meeting is on the front. I know people want to share video, but the front camera should be the default setting. Couldn't switch it to front camera. Couldn't interact with people at a friends memorial. Please fix this. |
| 2024-10-12 |  | | Absolute joke of an app, had a meeting successfully, ended it, everything seemed fine, but then none of the sounds, alarms, in-call volume worked anymore. Had to restart phone. Could've gone to bed and missed all of my stuff following day because F zoom decided to shut down all my sounds. Know middle schoolers that made better apps than this, complete embarrassment. Uninstalling and switching to competitor services. |
| 2024-10-12 |  | | Not sure if it was the most recent update or the previous one. After one of them, sometimes when I try to close the app, it won't really close. When I end a meeting for everyone or the message about the host (when it's not me) ending the meeting will shows up, I still have the video icon up top like it's still going on. On my phone it messes with my volume and there's no sound. Noticed it on my dad's tablet too (minus the volume issue). Is this from an update or me? |

I inadvertently swiped to close the app and immediately returned to the app to connect again. It's over 10 minutes now where it shows "connecting..." with no audio or video. Basically was unable to rejoin the meeting. I tried leaving the meeting and rejoining.. the same result. Just "connecting..." on the screen. |

I know what I'm doing and it only happens on mobile, not on my PC. I am connected thru my Gmail and have everything saved and synced thru all devices. I wish my settings would stick on mobile devices. |
