Also, I'd rather use Takeaway with lower delivery fees and actual employees rather than the mess that's Deliveroo. |

You can't search for restaurant name - if function is there it's badly located because it's impossible to find. I've had my order take longer than 1 hour even though I live 5 mins away - for one of those times the driver messaged me that he was going to take his break and asked me to wait even longer! I hope things change. For now I'd use Deliveroo or uber eats. |

Neither prepararion nor delivery ever happened even though i received a message from the app saying "restaurant has confirmed that your order will be delivered soon", which turns out is an automatic message based on estimation. After apologies and promise of money return, my bad review and complain was deleted (!) Which makes me untrust all reviews. I'm not sure I'll use again this app. |
