| 2024-12-10 |  | | Great app, and I've definitely earnt money from it, which is great. You do sometimes wait a long time to get the money from the merchant, but it's free money so no complaints. The only annoying thing is the purchase doesn't always track and you then have to wait for 7 days before you can log a missing cashback claim, which you sometimes forget to do so you lose out. Then you have to wait ages before you finally get the money, months in some cases. And even then it doesn't always pay out. |
| 2024-12-08 |  | | Poor at the moment! Ive used topcashback for a number of years and have always been successful having cashback tracked. But recently I'm very rarely getting an acknowledgement. Boots, Wickes and New Look to name but a few. This is rather disappointing ,particularly when there is a decent % on offer. New Look recently offered 20% and I didn't get one penny.This lack of payout could have been going on for a while but I've only noticed as I've purchased more for Xmas. |

However just like today's transaction they offer a further discount code on TCB that does not work... And not trying to report that is difficult.. So I have up... Why not have a report button on each retailer offer.... Rather than having to troll though countless emails options to report...it's got better but still room for improvement... |

| 2024-11-30 |  | | love the concept, ive been a customer for a while and have saved well over the years. But recently im so frustrated that I have had an issue with almost every perchase. I now have to keep a record of every purchase as they dont track,or show as £0, or worse are rejected. topcashback need to look at the repeat offenders who reject as this is getting rediculous, Almost false advertising via TCB. |
| 2024-11-27 |  | | Not as it says on the TV, some payouts can take weeks and even 6 months or more time be paid out - even when you take out insurance and pay for the 12 months up front it can take longer than 6 months. Also, quite a few times I have had to chase up missing cashback as it didn't seem to register in my account and give details of the transactions, dates and amount. |

I'm looking at ordering again from Argos however spending over £100 and only earning a mere 0.85% cashback is pointless as I'd be earning less than £1 back!! It needs to be worthwhile and more rewarding earning cashback especially when you shop regularly!! It's one of the reasons I don't use the cashback app often!! |

I hired the car may and returned it June. I've used europcar for short times later and all that cashback has paid. The big one has just been sitting. It initially said payable after 16 weeks. I've contacted customer service and they can't be bothered. Say it's not there issue. It is, you are providing a service, I don't care about excuses etc. |
