What should we be eating for a healthy diet that's also sustainable for our planet's future? By 2050 there will be nearly 10 billion people on the planet. This largely plant-based diet allows for optional meat, fish, eggs and dairy.
It's designed to be a balanced diet to give you all of the food groups while considering the earth's environment and the environmental impact of the food industry. It's suitable for "flexitarians", vegetarians, vegans and meat eaters alike.
Use the tool to personalize your diet to see what it might look like under the recommended allowances from the published research. Get suggestions for meals and ingredients based on the recommended ratios and your recommended daily calorie intake (you can choose your age, sex and how active you are).

Terrible app- don't bother. Tried to tell me I should only have 1 medium apple per day for my fruit intake, and that 2 medium carrots a day would be enough vegetables?! Ridiculous!
The sliders work great... the promised ingredients and recipes based on your settings are no where to be found. I'll happily change my rating when they're implemented.
