| 2024-11-26 |  | | First time using the app to buy a ticket and all trains were cancelled, used the 'no quibble' 2 hour refund and was charged a £5 admin fee. UK trains are run by crooks, what an absolute racket they're running here. |

I get told via push notifications my platform number, seat number and any delays - super useful. The app even threw a notification when I'd left it while a payment was confirming - didn't expect that one! Well done to the team who built this app. |

Amending my tickets to a new date can be tricky to do and the £10 charge despite giving sometimes a week or mores notice can be very costly. With the cost of train tickets ever rising, this extra charge is really damaging to myself and other regular commuters. Unless there's a £10 charge on LNER per seat for every time LNER cancels or delays a train, this doesn't seem fair. |
