I really enjoy signing up for apps and registering my details only to discover they don't service my area. Perfect.
First time I booked a valet but they cancelled on me, then for some reason I was blocked from valeting my car, I was only able to book a service, I contacted customer service they never got back to me. Don't think this company is active anymore.
Went through a lengthy sign up process only to then be told that there's no service available in my area. Why not check that at the start? The address is needed as part of the sign up process so why not check and say at the start that it's not available rather than proceed with the rest of the sign up process?
