It would be more useful if it showed the correct time. A journey starting at 14.14 is showing to arrive at destination at 13.50, which is rather impossible. Unless the buses are time travelling, in which case, nevermind.

The "card scanner" does not work. There are two moments where you need to press the card against the back of the phone and keep it still. The first one reads the card and updates the info, and afte paying, the second scan "saves" the payment. Sometimes it takes 20 first scans for the app to read the card correctly, and sometimes even if does read it correctly the first time, and you are able to pay, the second scan doesn't always work. Don't expect the process to be either process or short.

Worked reasonably for months, having to try the card reading several times before the app actually recognised it for both operations (scanning and recharging). Now it doesn't even do that. With luck we get a successful scanning, but when it comes to the actual charging we get a "something went wrong" and it doesn't move forward... So, it's not better than CARRISway after all...

The first time I used this app charging my Navegante card worked like a charm. Today I needed to recharge it and it didn't work. I tried 10 times in different ways, nothing did the trick. I lost my train, and arrived late when I could have charged my card faster on a ticket machine. What's the point of offering this functionality if you can't make it better than the slow and crowded ticket machines?

For an app intended for convenience and simplicity, this one has neither. If you enjoy having over half an hour of your time wasted by an overly complicated system, which can not read a card 19/20, then this is for you. Otherwise I would recommend going to your local store as the queues will certainly be faster. Edit: As of 01/04/24, I have given up on this absolutely dreadful application. I'm uninstalling this and will to begin visiting my local store instead. I am gobsmacked...

This app is an absolute lifesaver when you live in a neighbourhood where there's nowhere to recharge your Navegante card. That said, it's bloody useless: it successfully scans the card about 1 in 40 times (my phone: OnePlus Nord2) and then about two in three times - after successfully scanning - "an error" occurs. Finally, if you get past that, you need to scan the card again; and now, for some reason, a THIRD time to save the recharge. It's normal to spend over half an hour trying to recharge.

Hopeless APP... Never experienced such an awful application in my life !!! The app always lags and never scans the card. It is the worst app ever. I am surprised why the developers are not fixing the issues...??? It's impossible to charge the navigante card. Even if the app allows me to scan it after multiple times, once again, one needs to scan it hundreds of times to scan the card again after the payment. Why is it even necessary for the second time...??? USELESS APP... TOTAL WASTE OF TIME !!!

This app is the WORST I've ever used!! Now, despite all the lies that the bugs have been fixed, it won't even try to recharge the card, endlessly "scanning it with success"! Remove this from Google Play once and for all! ETA: As of 29/2/24, the app won't even scan my card, despite me having tried no less than 10 times! This app just keeps getting better and better!

"Do you feel lucky, punk?" Recharging a pass: Scanning your card takes literally dozens of tries until you're lucky and it's read, then you need to be lucky enough that the backend works (if it doesn't you need to scan your card again, ugh) and THEN you need to scan your card again after paying and if you're very lucky you might be able to save the purchase on the card before the automatic 1h refund window expires. This experience was across 3 different phones

The unreliability of the function to read the card feels like I'm gabbling away my time, I never know of it's going to go smoothly (happened once in 5 months) or waste even more time then I would've if I tried the conventional methods of charging it. It is supposed to save time, unfortunatelly it seems to waste more than it saves.
