| 2024-11-09 |  | | Similar to other reviewers, end users cannot review recordings. The app states that no video files are found even though the videos are on the server. The application appears to think it's one day ahead (10/9 instead of 10/8 for instance) when you want to review a video. My cameras and server have the correct and exact same time. I changed the rating to 5 stars. I spoke with U.S. support and updated my index settings on my recording server. This corrected the issue. |

| 2023-01-25 |  | | Haven't been able to view the cameras for some time now. Decided to delete and re-install app and now it keeps crashing. Not sure what is going on but before I deleted the app at least it opened up and pretended to do something. |

| 2022-09-20 |  | | I use to have sound on live video and also was able to view what was being rang up on my POS on play back for some reason the last update they did I no longer have that option. I still see what is rang up on live video I've emailed the company but no response. |

| 2022-02-22 |  | | I have used Geovision for many years. I used to like them, but they are falling behind their competitors. So many features are missing that everyone else already has. Timeline viewing is one of those missing features. Even Unifi Protect has that feature, which is pretty sad given the fact Unifi Protect isn't that great. I feel like they just don't care about the mobile app. This is making me debate dropping all of our geovision equipment and going to something else. |
| 2021-12-05 |  | | The app works perfectly but then Im a tech so I know how to make it work. the snapshot function works but not the video record , Im running android 10 on a samsung A11 , Ive set all permissions on for the app but still the video record just pops up a message " please wait" then disappears , so any ideas on how to make the video record word ? |
