| 2024-10-26 |  | | It's a really good app filled with amazing meditations and visualizations. I love the meditations for walking, cooking, cleaning and before sleep. The reason I gave the app a mid rating is because there should be less talking in the meditations. You hardly get a chance to form your vision before the speaker begins prompting you again, which interrupts & derails the process. There needs to be longer music blocks and less talking. Plus I could not get this app to work across all my devices. |

They have made it so difficult to cancel your subscription and charged me $286 AUD after I had emailed them explaining the trouble I was having trouble trying to cancel, expressing my wish to cancel and not be charged as I cannot afford it. As soon as my weekly pay check landed in my account, they took it Emailed them this morning and still no reply. |

They took my money, and my membership got canceled. After the 14 days, no access to the content anymore. I contacted support and have been driven in circles between Superhuman and Google. 2-3 months later,still no refund! Same for my friend, canceled but got charged. Edit:After a lot of fuss, they refunded, but like 35£ less |

Her delivery and the verbiage made me laugh, and struggle to take it seriously. Plus the music is like bad elevator music. Glad they do a 2 week free trial, the price is a insane in my opinion, even with a discount. Make sure to cancel on the website, not through the app if you're having issues with that. |

It made it so easy for me to commit to positively shifting my mindset and reframing beliefs because there are so many options & activities to incorporate it into. The customer service has also been wonderful and I value the ability to create different playlists for my different focuses |

The price is incredibly affordable, and they also have an amazing discount available online. Sophia is the community manager and she has always been so lovely and helpful to me whenever I reach out, and they absolutely don't prevent you from cancelling should you choose to. Take the leap and do a free trial! You won't regret it. |
