| 2024-11-30 |  | | Great programming, terrible, clunky app. Ad breaks are long and mostly promos for movies on Pluto that repeat over and over. Forget wanting to rewind anything, app will only go back as far as the last ad break and make you watch the ads again. App constantly freezes. The programming is great, but expect to get very frustrated trying to watch anything on demand unless you do it straight through with rewind, fast forward, or pausing. |

Can't open half the time without playing issues, freezing, and locking up my phone outside of the app. I can't even close the app properly because when I exit the app my home screen tends to CRASH. I have to force close and stop pluto which is difficult when exiting the app locks up my phone. Not to mention it can reopen at any point while trying to force close it thus restarting the whole process. I reinstalled with same result the next day. |

System constantly freezes and then replays what you just watched. Sometimes you can hear what's supposed to be happening on screen but the picture doesn't move. I don't particularly like all the commercials but a free tv app has to make money somehow so I deal with it. Not that much difference between Pluto TV and regular TV in that respect. |

Can't restart. Takes forever, then starts at the beginning, then remembers where you ended. Takes you there and then freezes. I gave up after multiple attempts. Just awful. Only desperation made me try. |

Oh!? well you got two choices miss a bunch of it or restart completely. Who needs a rewind button pshh... Y'all should change your slogan to something honest. Like "stress now. play never." |

Any attempt to swipe it down just rotates the video player to landscape mode unless you click on the "Live TV" button. This is flat out unacceptable and I demand you people to bring back the old function. This new one is borderline unusable! Change it back, now!! |

In some spots I had three ad breaks in a ten minute period. That's ridiculous!! The amount of ads is crazy. I understand, free content, you get ads...but can't get in the flow of a movie with so many ads. I've watched my last movie on Pluto unless they cut down of the amount of ads. |

Update for developer - Content playing, James Bond movie, when I enter the app. Unnecessarily drains battery. When I create login the app won't allow an auto fill on password so I end up recreating password everytime. I end up relaunching app and selecting - Not Now to skip password screen. I have wasted 10 - 15 minutes just trying to get to content. |
| 2024-11-17 |  | | Okay Over the years, I figured if I restart my phone or uninstall the app and reinstall it that it should work fine, which seemed to work for a while. Is 2024. Anytime I get on the app and watch any of the channels, they seem to repeat themselves before they can finish the show or the live feed then it glitches out and has to reload and then it comes back in. Please fix these bugs. You have a ton of them on this app I can't even enjoy it at all. It's not my end it's coming from your end. 💯✍🏾 |

Not a good app at all either if you enjoy watching live TV since the audio constantly skips & repeats itself over & over like a scratched record. Have tried uninstalling & reinstalling the app which didn't make any difference! Already complained about this mo's ago but it seems you get what you pay for with Pluto which isn't saying much for a FREE app!!! Also, why am I asked to sign in every single time I open the app? Unnecessary! |
