We have to open the chat window for hours waiting for the support assistant. Totally a bar experience. Not worth buying a subscription. DO NOT BUY any subscription. Not worth it. If you want to watch ott, use other alternatives. There are better ones for cheaper prices. |

| 2025-01-27 |  | | Worst streaming app of 21st Century. It gives you option to download their video. But you cannot play it. Their no option to view where your downloaded video is. It continuously requires Internet connection to even play downloaded video. After 8 to 10 min play it shows renewing download. Then it stops for eternity. I wish there is option to rate zero star. Which is what they actually they deserve. I am still shocked to see how they got 4.3 rating. |

For watching a single episode of Shark tank they shows 50-60 adds with 2 min each so difficult to watch even a single episode. Pathetic, why are you even charging if you are giving adds, people pay because they don't want adds but here the means of payment is nothing. Disappointing |

Airtle is now behaving as if they are giving this app free, while it is advertised as a subscription benefit to users. Downgrading the rating to 1 star In response to the review, my app keeps freezing and at one point I saw same ad more than 10 times whenever I reloaded. The no..of ads is simply too much. Anyway I am sure airtel will not admit its flaws. |
| 2025-01-23 |  | | Pathetic experience...why the hell would you charge someone if you still show them ads...I am watching shark tank there are tons of ads..If I resume an episode, I was watching earlier, it always starts from a different time from where I left..and if I forward/rewind I have ads and ads and ads..not 1 or 2 but 6 or 8 that too 1 min ads on top of that the app is bad and keeps crashing and hanging |

They are telling that 1080p streaming option is not avialabe in all the content But on the other hand when opening xtreme play on desktop it is available So please resolve your streaming options |
