Today, 9/25Wed24, using two different radio stations to catch NPR Morning Edition (news) and TuneIn skips, pauses between sentences of the broadcast and picks up somewhere else in the broadcast. App goes down every 10 minutes. No way I get the premium after the trial. Buffers worse than the Tyson fight. |

I'm seriously considering uninstalling this app if it doesn't improve soon. Updating this review. This has gotten so bad with the constant dropping i am uninstalling it. This app has gone from exceptional to useless in the last couple of years. Save yourself the time and aggravation. |
| 2024-11-16 |  | | I used this app to listen to my local sports talk radio for the last 5+ years with no issue(except for the cumulative addition of more ads, but hey they gotta pay the bills) and suddenly today it's like my sports talk stations don't exist anymore. I just get "tune in switched" out to a dumb music station as I'm informed that "my event hasn't started yet" What event??? I just want to hear my local sports talk on my drive into and home from work. |

That's in addition to shutting down at varied times for no reason. It may be worth it to pay for the premium ad-free version but based on the poor performance of the free version, it's wise to avoid it all together. |

I mainly use Tune In to listen to foreign language broadcasts of soccer matches. The ap has added a map. It has decreased the number of stations available. |

Jump to another station, many many more ads, that station lied about what was playing...it was some other nonsense... Only for me to jump to a THIRD station, several more ads, just to finally find the show I was listening to in the 1st place... All while also having to listen to several ads the radio stations themselves were playing. |

I have justified if because I use it during football season to Synch with tv and when traveling. However, the incessant tune in ads are covering up the actual plays and delaying the audio from my station. Definitely NOT HAPPY. May not renew. |

I understand that the creators of the app need to make money, but 5+ minutes of ads before the stream will even start... Then a few minutes of ads every 10 minutes or so. So frustrating. Oh yeah, then sometimes the same ad plays back to back to back. |
