They are low while browsing; they get higher in the basket. - They claim large percentage off (including 40% for first purchase), then it only applies to some limited products with very little discount on the total amount. - The prices change too frequently (daily, hourly etc). pros: the prices are still lower than the market (this should be leveraged transparently) | |

The more expensive one could not be delivered. On customer support 90% of the ones who reply do not understand that I had ordered 2 products. For example, i didn't find a category skirt. On filters: i couldn't filter on age/size. The product descriptions are not complete on a lot of the items. | |

Firstly, the product description is not always accurate. Secondly, I'm quite annoyed with their confusing and unfair promo codes and coupons. I received a coupon for late delivery and then it just vanished. I have a lot of coin balance but it won't let me use it sometimes. Also, their customer service is non-existent. | |
