| 2023-04-05 |  | | Presentation didn't work for viewers in other regions. Was not an issue on my end, as everyone in my region was fine. But viewers in other regions could not watch my presentation. The recording was also affected, so I couldn't even share that with the people that missed out. I'll be avoiding this app for future presentations. |
| 2023-02-25 |  | | During my event, use of the app was fine...what makes me a little disappointed is that my event ended yesterday and all info is now gone, specifically event participants that was neglected to get contact info for prior to. I just wish Hopin kept event/participant info up for at least 24-48 hrs after end of event for folks to still connect with one another and get contact information. If there was even a way for Hopin to give that "warning" before all info is erased, that'd been cool too. |

So I click on already have account and it tells me to enter my google password for my email. It tells me that it is invalid. I know that it is not invalid!!! |
