Was great but it has become useless with the copyright notices that block 3/4 of the screen on the phone. Desktop version may differ but so what. Realistically it's small potatoes in a big world and Iif they want to self destruct I'll be long gone with a new app..

I can find the definition of any word that I have a question about. Sometimes, I spend time examining the quote of the day or the history of the day features. The paths are endless and entertaining.

Many "broken" links lately, e.g synonyms redirecting to browser instead of opening inside the app, same with encyclopedia articles and several other cases: please fix, this is terrible annoying! Still the best dictionary app though...

I do like this dictionary and I have been using it for some time. To make is better for me, a few months ago I upgraded it to pro but now I am getting the same adds I tried to avoid. Ironically, I am being asked to upgrade to pro. It doesn't surprise me not to be able to send my review since it is not good.

App is really good. But there seems to be just one problem: I can't switch between Definition, Thesaurus and Translation. Sometimes I have to press each button several times before that section is enabled. I hope the developers will fix it soon. Other than that, everything is just wonderful.

This is my go to dictionary and thesaurus. Very clear and precise and gives the understanding and deeper meanings of words that enriches whatever my reading subject is. It's free and can be downloaded to work offline which is so important to me. I live mostly where there is no access to internet. I bought the Pro version but have used the free for years. I'm glad to spend a couple bucks to support such a fine resource. I recommend this app to all my friends and family. It's 10 stars for me!

I loved the dictionary pro, when I saw the phonetic symbols at least, it helped. But one problem unlike other dictionaries that have audio (i.e pronouncing the word, if possible, reading the whole explaination about a searched word) this one doesn't have it offline. I will be very joyous if the developer(s) adhere to my plight and comply to it. Thank you so much.

1. Will not start up in search mode automatically instead of the home screen; it always requires multiple clicks to get started. 2. Long-pressing any word within a definition "pretends" to allow the user to search the meaning of the selected word, but, in reality, it never works. 3. No black amoled theme. 4. Credits and "source info" are mixed in with the definitions, making it hard to determine where one definition ends, and where the next one begins.

I've been using Dictionary Pro for years now. Likes: It always has the answer I need. Always. It has a Grammar book. I use this for reeducation purposes. Or to use as a guide for what I'm writing. Doesn't use slot of storage. No ads and User friendly. My list could go on and on. But I'm sure you can get the gist of it. GIST: the main or essential point of the matter. USED IN A SENTENCE: The gist of the story. Thanks, lad9

I've had this Dictionary for years, so my review is true. Fantastic! Super easy to use, I've spent hours linking from one word to another. Upgrades &upkeeps app often, but no unnecessary useless changes like other apps do (can't get better than perfection, right?). The graphic thesaurus is the bomb! I occasionally update my review becuz I'm so grateful! I can't brag enough about this app! No hidden costs, subscriptions, like the others do. I believe it may be my most used app THANK YOU GUYS!
