| 2024-11-14 |  | | [Horrible app design that made users feel schemed] The app design where user has to click using the coupon for BTS trip before use is so frustrating and has cost me both extra money and time wasted. The navigation within it sucks and translation confuses the heck out of it. We never had to click enable anything before when purchasing trip package, just buy and tap in. Why did you put it this time! I hope the staff read this and get back to me. |
