2024-12-08 | Cris | The app is complete garbage. Can't connect to the server error. Very hard to choose different settings for separate lights. Pretty disappointed.
2024-10-21 | George Martinez | Also not working any more, unable to connect know to server, when it does it takes forever to load, and now Alexa is unable to connect to this app for control. Agree, worst app to date to control smart devices
2024-10-20 | Gavin Benson | Often struggles to connect and most often gives a network error and won't connect. Definitely do not recommend any product that uses this app.
2024-09-15 | Alexander Leyva Serrano | This is the worst smart device controlling app that I have seen in my life. It keeps telling me that I have internet issues when I try to log in, and guess what, I cannot use my light leds that have this app as their smart controller. I wonder if they know how to programing bc this is a waste of time and money. Now I have a device that is not useful anymore bc of this app. IF YOU CAN AVOID USING THIS APP, DO IT, BUY DEVICES THAT WORK WITH OTHER APPS.
2024-09-15 | AnEye4TheShot Writing and Photography | The lights say they connect but they don't connect that easily and they definitely don't connect to Alexa the way they should. They are very difficult to do a simple task such as rename them. These lights are okay for a low budget but that's it. If you're looking for lights that work with your app spend the money and get something a little bit better. The average set should run you about 20 bucks not five or 10 like these. As I replace them I will delete the app.
2024-08-18 | Samantha Jones | This is a good 💡.... But I have a question........ Does the Bluetooth connect to where you would be able to play music 🎵 from it?????
2024-07-15 | Alessandro Amella | It makes no sense that it requires an account and internet connection to control a stupid $2 RGB controller. Why do you need my data? Stupid app that forces users to send data in order to use their proprietary communication methods with their controllers.
2023-10-06 | Scott “Scooter310” Tossman | I struggled with the app and it never found the lights and it was impossible to connect them. For people struggling with this terrible app, do yourself a favor and download the smart life app instead. As soon as I opened smart life it already the the lights on the screen ready to connect. Also the smart life app is leagues ahead of this one. Hope this helps somone.
2023-03-24 | Heather Smith | The amount of times the app won't connect is ridiculous. The app is constantly telling me that it can't connect because the connection is poor or the device is offline. Neither of which is the case. Went to the FAQ to trouble shoot it and none of it was helpful whatsoever! The router is in the same room as the lights and I have it set up to use wifi and/or Bluetooth. I have tried everything! Its annoying and the fact it is happening more frequently after 6 months speaks for itself.
2022-12-04 | Hayri Yildirim | For some weird reason, on my router. It was showing that the lightbulbs were connected as a PC via ethernet. I'm only using WiFi. Not sure why it was showing as plugged in via ethernet when they lightbulbs were switched off. For safety and security I've removed the light bulbs. When I first started using the app. It would forget and unassign itself. Forcing me to sync back. |
