The app is very easy to use. One problem I have encountered is that my blood group isn't in the drop-down menu. I have upgraded to Premium. However, this hasn't rectified the issue. Your help would be appreciated.

Got a new phone and had to redownload this app but it has since changed and I dislike the changes. I used to be able to add multiple contacts (the version I had was free) and now I can only add 1 with the free version. I don't need to add all my medical history to this app. Also, I am unable to add it to my lock screen. That's the whole point of this app, to show on my lock screen Incase of an accident or something and I am unable to talk.

Have been using for several years and very happy with it. One payment and full functionality is available. Phone updates can knock the floating icon off the front page but easy enough to put back. Not an app problem. Recommended and gives peace of mind. Updating meds changes, operations, insurance etc is very easy.

Really Zero Stars. It wouldn't let me put all of my allergies, and that's very important in an emergency. I will no longer buy an app. There was an ICE app I paid for and was great, really great . They ended the app when phones did an update, and the app was Useless. A total of 25 apps we bought that we no longer can use. We will not waste any more money on apps.

Second install and purchase of upgrade. Upgrade is definitely worth the one time $8. Easy to install and use. Great customer service. Easy access for first responders and for info on those doctor appts. Access from lock screen without giving access to the rest of the cell. Highly recommended. Not compatible with Samsung A7 tablet. Sad!

Too many ads. Premium too expensive. Edit: I paid for it anyway. App is better without ads but could use a few more features. 6/22: Edited to say that the icon no longer shows on the lock screen and no one can get the info unless the phone is unlocked and they see the app icon. I paid for this so first responders could access my information. Now they can't and I am stuck with it. 2/23: Switched phones. All info gone, got basic app although I paid for it. Help!

Gotta pay to use the features properly. Usable, but very limited. Very dumb. The basic features are not available. This is supposed to be about health and safety in emergency situations, but if you can't enter this important data, is useless... I don't care what other apps do. This is crucial data that can't be entered. I'm uninstalling and finding something else

Love that all my medical info is available. Even when my phone is locked anyone can just tap the icon and pull open this info, it's just amazing, especially since I'm high risk for falls, etc. I did pay the premium fee but it's only like $10 for lifetime, well worth it if you have as many chronic issues as I do!

the free version is too limited and the full version is expensive. most sections can't be completed in the free version and you can't even hide the empty sections from the lockscreen. so in an emergency someone would have to click through all the empty areas... this is a very nice app if you want to pay $8 for the full version....... edit: removed a star because their response is a joke. this app is basically a trial version unless you pay.
