Songs over 100 years old. (New) Dev said songs enter public domain after 95 years to justify charging. Which is wrong. Fair Use Laws actually cover that. Anyone performing a song from another artist, which will ultimately have variation (such as played on ocarina). As such is legal, and not sueable. Thus, I don't recommend. |
