2024-12-16 | Gemilang Rahmandhika | This is already the 2nd time i lost my credentials while go aboard. First one i need to reactivate the account after dormant peroid (Had to go back to Indonesia). Then now the apps somehow got "sim error" and need to reconfigure the apps with debit numbers and stuffs. Not very convenient apps if you don't stay most of the time in Indonesia. | |
2024-11-23 | Dela E | I used to say that it lacked of updates this app, but the moment it updated the bug crashed and force closed the app and failed transfer repeatedly. Most comment about crash dated back to ±10 days ago but the problem is still here, demonstrating the lack of security of this bank. You might push the new Wondr app but rebranding > separate app. I'll still leave my last part of review to Devs: DON'T hide behind ridiculous and condescending reason "your phone is rooted" because it never did. | |

BNI suggests switching to the new Wondr App however they only allow WNI to use Wondr (not available to WNA customers)! Because this app is so bad I am switching banks - closing BNI account to use a better bank like UOB instead. Good bye. | |

2024-11-16 | Christhy Febbriantika | I think the app need to upgrade/fixed. The case is: I forget my transaction password. I go to "transaction password" to change my password. The instructions is I must filled the rekening number, debit number and PIN. But the app is always log out when I try to filled it. So that, I back to main menu agan and refill the rekening number. It takes a long time. Please fixed it. |
