I wanted to go in & change my biling card & it wouldn't let me. has a black bar on it. I tried to do it in diff browsers too, so I contacted cust care before my bill was even due. they kept telling me to go to the admin portal I did all that! I did everything they suggested and they just kept repeating. No help!my accts suspended and I gotta start over somewhere else |
