It seems they don't care about this product. The product is great, but people running it are clueless when it comes to technology. Word of advice, sell this to someone competent to develop this correctly. This is what happens when a great idea is not in the right hands. They don't even have simple things like troubleshooting doc online. You have to chat with them, and they never answer. So sad.

Anel Behric, 2024-06-12Good app let down by online service side of the product. Have been trying to get some things sorted but they only service through a chat bot don't answer email so backup in pretty poor. It puts me off buying for more hives.
