App summary
Free official application of the Ministry of Investment, Regional Development and Informatization of the Slovak Republic, which will simplify and speed up communication with the state.
The aim of the application is to enable Slovak citizens to access state services via mobile devices using a new method of authentication of natural persons - mobile ID, which will enable simple login for all access points integrated for single sign-on using the central public administration portal.
MobileID (mID) registration serves as a simpler alternative to the currently used method of eID registration, ie using an ID card with a chip, an OP electronic reader and a PC with the appropriate software for reading ID cards installed.
When logging in via mID, all you have to do is scan the generated QR code by the mobile application and the login is complete. Alternatively, the user can generate an access code in the application to log in to the country service.
A simple login via a mobile device, for example to an electronic message box, will enable individuals to communicate with the state easily and efficiently, from anywhere without the need for an OP reader or other devices.
In addition to applying, the SVM application will also serve citizens as their digital state assistant, which they can always have with them. The application contains a calendar of events with all important dates and events that the citizen should not forget. The user will be notified of upcoming events thanks to notifications in the application notification center.
Information on security or legal conditions of using the application can be found on the website svm.slovensko.sk
