Even after initiating a chat, responses from customer service representatives are excessively delayed. This level of service is unacceptable. InDrive should establish a helpline calling system to improve their support. | |

Doesn't even end the trip. I had an option to cancel after reaching the location and I had to opt that as a result it's showing trip fare is 0. How funny. | |

Easy to use the app, there is a notification about the number of riders viewing the ride request and the passenger can choose which rider is the nearest. More importantly, fare price is reasonable. And the tracking on the app showed that the driver kept driving in circles as if he does not know where he is going. Even though I propose a fare that meets or exceeds the minimum rate suggested by the app, drivers consistently double the charges, making it impossible to secure a booking. The whole process becomes unnecessarily difficult and frustrating. The app needs better regulation or a feature to prevent drivers from unreasonably inflating fares. It defeats the purpose of a fair, negotiable pricing system. |
