videos missing, incomplete programs and missing functionality. Please don't publish apps with incomplete features.

The exercise directory is good, but missing lots of basic exercises like calf raises and forearm. The user interface has no directions and is odd. For example, you can't edit or delete the built in programs and can only add a new plan or workout when selecting exercises, not on the screen that lists programs or workouts, which is counter intuitive and goes against the standard ui for almost all workout apps. Lastly, when using the app, the start countdown timer and other sound/voice cues will pause your music. Consequently, as I transition from set to set I have to constantly unpause my music. There's no help or about in the apps menu making it difficult to provide feedback. The app wotks, buts it's clear it wasn't designed by an experienced developer.

This app is as goo as the 50 trx force app. 110 exercises and customized workout. Easy to use app.

The app could be improved with more features. I wish each exercise included a brief writeup describing the muscles impacted and the level of difficulty. I would also like to see more routines included, particularly those that focus on a set of muscles/objectives.
