After 60 plus years, this is the airline that took me home to Sweden. Blankets, pillows, and earphones are sitting on the seat. Wonderful hot meal served shortly into the flight. Loved that we got the two seats. Aisle, window. Great movie list. Cannot wait to fly with you SAS again.

In general the App is OK, but the notifications are useless. I got the email about time change. Unfortunately they only give you the booking reference not the details in email. In App no warning/notification. Finding flight by booking number is not straightforward. Even you find the booking there is no information which leg of the travel changed and by how many minutes. Disappointing

The SAS app has improved. It needs to get rid of the "COVID-19 entry requirements for your trip" which is irrelevant now and gives an error message simply because it's irrelevant.

not possible to make online checking - by calling to service desk seems that I've been checked, while no boarding passes... so need to check in in airport, mean came earlier...

I mean this app is just too good. When confirming your gender you only have the two existing genders male and female as options, no other bs. That is just peak appdesign and social awareness off our society.

You literally can't find etickets anywhere, won't let you check in, literally any other airlines allows this very easily. I'm always back to the same page where you're very limited in what you can do or see, it's horrific
