I dont care about "deals" I'm never giving you access to push notifications. I will never buy foodora pro, I just want to order som f-ing food. Stop showing popups pressuring me to buy things every step of ordering something. Updated from two to one star because there are more popups now than before. Im gonna start using wolt or dandero, hopefully they won't be as pushy.

Worst first order experience....half translation in English...very difficult to understand the menu...after so much difficulty, i finally ordered.It says 40-55 minutes. But my order didn't came even after 1 hr. App says contact restaurant. No 1 pickup call at restaurant. I chat with customer service, they also don't know whats the status of my order. I told them to cancel the order n refund. They said you should wait another 15-20 minutes as they can't cancel order as restaurant accepted order.

Application can show you special price, but on order it will charge you full price. Support can't check promotions and order timings. That errors will lead you to lose money(as s it was with me).

After making an order of four people and waiting for over two hours our order never came and we were never called by the delivery driver. We contacted the help center but they refused to refund, send a voucher of the same value or send the pizzas a different day. Due to the fact that "we didn't pick up when the delivery driver called" (even though I was on my phone the entire time). The help center was not of any help only answering with the same automated messages each time

Poor UX, ignores device language, unnecessarily makes you redo bankid auth if you change the contents of the cart (and it contains restricted products), even if you did it 30 seconds before. Uses an embedded chrome webview for the bankid, again dumb, particularly as it wants you to do the full password version. Given the experience of the rest of the app, implied trust is nonexistant. Claims I'm a new customer despite me obviously not being (I have previous orders and it has my info saved)

How hard is to add a translation for menus? I guess very hard. Even the app popups are not in the app language. Edit: if you want ME to report which restaurant menus translations are missing then you need to start paying me.

I like the app and the offers it gives. Really nice. Just I would like to have the ability to make different orders on the same delivery instead of issuing different deliveries at the same time.

The new app is just garbage. It didn't updated the old, I had to manually change, didn't imported any settings. It is probably unbelieveveble for the developers, but no, we just don't change the entrance location of the building between our orders, why do I have to confirm every time? I have my address 3 times and still have to confirm again. I waited minutes to transfer to the payment site. It was probably last time when I used this app.

I can't even start the app, sometimes it just gets stuck in a solid pink screen. If I get to the first step to pick my address, the map is always blank...

Can't even describe how unconventional it is. I cannot access my profile until I open and close the application at least three times. It was not the best, but certainly the new update brought more bugs than before.
